CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background
Sustainability of an organization can be realized with the system of directed dynamic regeneration and sustainable. Student Resources Development Department (HRD) as a HIMASIKA dpertemen within the scope of ITS took on the role and responsibilities in order to develop the resource potential of the student members of ITS HIMASIKA. Student resources development based on the basic potential possessed by the student members of ITS HIMASIKA including managerial and leadership.

Regeneration system were focused, dynamic and sustainable development of the basic capital in the broader organizational scope so it requires an order of the pattern of development of student members HIMASIKA Resources ITS appropriate, sustainable and in accordance with the role and function as a student. Hope will eventually realize the ITS cadre HIMASIKA intelligent, Achievement and competent can be achieved with the service and dedication done by the department of Student Resources Development (HRD) HIMASIKA ITS.

2.1 Outline of Work Platform (GBHK)
- Establishment of ITS cadre capable HIMASIKA actualize themselves in accordance with the vision of ITS HIMASIKA.
- Development of targeted regeneration systems, dynamic and sustainable.

1.2.1 General Pattern of the Second Stage Long-Term
Areas of succession planning
• 7 people from the members as a guide LKMM himasika.
• 2 persons from member himasika follow LKMM TL, seven people from the member himasika follow LKMM TM
• 3 members of himasika into its pemimipin in km (BEM president, secretary, coordinator, director general, series episode segments)

1.2.2 Achievement Strategies
• Create a succession planning system implementation method of targeted, dynamic and sustainable.
• Determining the seven people from the members of ITS to become a guide HIMASIKA LKMM
• Define the two men from members himasika follow LKMM TL, seven people from the member himasika follow LKMM TM
• Procurement training independently tiered menejerial
• Creating basic materials and the stages of regeneration.
• Provide needs HIMASIKA members of ITS will be the means of leadership training, and managerial.
• Make a map of the potential and empowerment of ITS cadre HIMASIKA

Student Resources Development Department has a job referral as follows:

• Provide managerial and leadership training facilities are tiered

Strength:

Description of Activity This activity is the provision of initial materials to prospective new cadre (new students) HIMASIKA ITS in the form of classroom materials and field materials can be formed with the hope of the young cadres who have the ITS HIMASIKA initial capital-oriented scholarship and community service in the further development and can perform the role and function as a student in Physics ITS environment.
